If you are flying to Koh Samui airport, simply take a taxi to Big Buddha Pier in Bangrak where you can purchase a boat ticket at the pier office for the 45 minute trip. Make sure you arrive at least 30 minutes early and check our ferry time time tables and boat schedules. Alternatively you could also travel by bus from various destinations to either Chumpon or to on Sak Pier in Surat Thani and board the ferry from there which will first stop at Koh Tao and then Phangan.
