Payment terms

• 10% deposit upon reservation to secure the booking.
• The remainder is payable 45 days prior to arrival date.
• If reservation is made less than 45 days prior to arrival, the full amount is payable upon reservation.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations needs to be made in writing.
• Cancellations received more than 45 days prior to arrival will be charged 10% of the refund amount
• Cancellations received less than 45 days prior to check in date will be subject to the hotel's policy
